Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. Using Unzap.app

Unzap.app is a free tool that rewrites text you paste into it, using an AI model to generate the output. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it, simple as that.

There's no account required. You can use the tool anonymously, and these terms apply the moment you submit text for rewriting.

2. What you can't do

Don't use Unzap.app to:

We reserve the right to block access if we see clear abuse, though given there's no account system, this mostly happens at the infrastructure level (rate limiting, IP blocks) rather than anything more granular.

3. Your content

You own whatever you paste in, and you own the rewritten output. We don't claim any rights to it. As covered in the Privacy Policy, we don't store your text after the rewrite is delivered, so there's nothing of yours sitting on our servers to claim rights over in the first place.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit whatever text you paste in, we're not in a position to verify that on our end.

4. No warranty

Unzap.app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The rewritten output comes from an AI model and may contain errors, awkward phrasing, factual mistakes, or changes in meaning you didn't intend. Always review the output before using it anywhere that matters. We don't guarantee the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unzap.app and its operator aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential. This includes damages from relying on inaccurate AI-generated output, service downtime, or data loss.

6. Changes to the service or these terms

We might change, pause, or discontinue features (or the whole service) at any time, and we might update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change to the terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

7. Governing law

[Placeholder: specify the jurisdiction whose laws govern these terms, and where disputes would be handled, once you've settled on where the business is actually incorporated/operated from.]
